"Here it is at last. Beautiful, brand new, and all pink. Macarons et Inspirations, Elisabeth Biscarrat's shop, located at 1 rue de la Vignette in Strasbourg, opens this Friday, May 2nd, from 10 am to 7 pm. To mark the occasion, the winner of Masterchef 2011 spoke with L'Ami Resto. She tells us everything: her takeaway shop, her passion for macarons, the behind-the-scenes of Masterchef and the avalanche of offers, her training at Lenôtre, her former job as a nurse which helped her manage stress, but above all, saved a life during the TF1 broadcast on the Paris-New York flight.
