From dream to reality

Each recipe is designed to be fresh, tasty and made from carefully selected raw materials. Sweetness is important to her; she limits it as much as possible to enhance the gross product. For special occasions, she also offers spectacular creations: number cakes, macaron pyramids, entremets, or her iconic dessert, the "Grands Jardins". All of it, prestigiously made in Strasbourg.

Drawing on her experience and the perseverance that allowed her to make her dream a reality, Elisabeth now speaks at conferences to inspire and encourage others to pursue their own. She brings to her talks the same boldness that has always guided her.

More than ten years after MasterChef, Élisabeth Biscarrat has established herself as an accomplished businesswoman, a renowned creator, and an ambassador for Strasbourg's pastry-making tradition. She has dared to turn her passion into a profession, while constantly reinventing herself, for you, and with you.
