In the heart of her workshop, nestled within the historic shop founded in 2014 in Strasbourg, Elisabeth invites you to discover the delicate art of the macaron, her signature dessert, and the "petit chou". She welcomes you for a special moment, for an afternoon in a small group.

Craftsmanship

During this immersive course, you will learn to master the various stages of preparing macarons or cream puffs while benefiting from personalized guidance. In the authentic atmosphere of the workshop, you will create your own pastries by getting hands-on, guided by artisanal expertise cultivated over more than ten years.

At the end of the session, you will leave with a box containing your creations to prolong the pleasure, as well as Elisabeth's tips for successful baking at home, something to delight your friends and family.
